Our luxurious superior rooms provide an ideal haven to relax and unwind in the Lake District. We have a range of different styles to suit your individual preferences.
We have comfortable rooms, with a sophisticated feel and individual character, on the first floor. These each have views of the picturesque woodland, gardens or courtyard.
If you would enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a night under the stars, in the romantic eaves of Linthwaite House, then our second floor room 29 would be ideal for you. It comes complete with writing desk and two-seater chair.
Alternatively, for those who would like an indulgent break from home without the stairs, we have specially designed ground floor rooms. These have the advantage of an outdoor seating area for bright spring mornings and romantic summer evenings.
If your holiday would not be complete without the family dog, we can provide you with a superior room with easy access to our 14 acres of private woodland, countryside and tarn.
All superior rooms each have king size beds, flat screen TVs, and high quality furniture. We can provide twin beds on request in two of the rooms. Superior rooms offer more space than our standards, allowing you to spread out in total comfort.
