This inspiring room offers guests a captivating scene every
morning – whether there are brooding mists rising over Lake Windermere or a
brilliant blue sky breaking out over the far Coniston fells.
The view, which looks across the countryside which inspired
the English Romantic poets, puts the best of Cumbria on display from the
comfort of a sumptuous hideaway.
Tranquil and historic grounds at Linthwaite House Hotel
provide a beautiful setting, tucked on the edge of Bowness and Windermere, in
14 acres of its own woodland with its own private town.
Within this luxury Lake view room, guests can relax and
unwind, in a king size bed, with flat screen TV and tasteful furniture.
There is an en-suite bathroom, complete with a large
freestanding bath, walk-in power shower, double sink and tile TV.
This is one of Linthwaite’s most impressive rooms and
provides an ideal introduction to the wonderful Lake District countryside.
Remember, all our guests have complimentary access to luxurious spa
facilities (gym, steam room, sauna and pool) less than one mile away in

Short Break Rate From £287 per person
Our short break package includes pre-dinner nibbles in our
conservatory with stunning lake views, followed by four course dinner in the
restaurant each evening and full Cumbrian breakfast the following morning.

Rate includes award winning Cumbrian breakfast, service and
VAT.
