"Most liked: Welcome from Zoe, real fire in reception, staff generally are exceptionally friendly and they create a lovely atmosphere. Did not get the name of the lady who took our order etc. on Saturday evening and again on Sunday morning, but she was lovely, so friendly and, that word again, professional.
